Returns Policy

Hemmick Services Ltd, Hemmick Trading Ltd

Returns of physical goods may be returned if broken, damaged, not working, exhibit a manufacturing fault, or not as described within 30 days of receipt. For those reasons postage will be either pre-paid or repaid by us and we will refund your payment in full or send a replacement at our option, unless we have agreed a refund before you return the goods. Returns for any other reason should be sent postage paid and we will issue a credit to your account leass 10% administration charge, unless we have previously agreed alternative terms with you before you return the goods.
